We also work with some of the top fighters in the world from Boxing to Mixed martial arts. Tenth Round provides another way of training and staying in shape for those who are looking for something different. Tenth Round also works with professional athletes so that they can reach that higher level in their career. Our School is second to none. When our customers are here they tend to say ( it feels comfortable being here it is like having another family I love coming in to train when I am not here I feel like I am missing so much). The The Tenth Round D.R.E.A.M. FitKids curriculum is designed for our youth to integrate health and fitness into their way of life. The D.R.E.A.M curricula is available for 11-18 year olds., to teach students the extreme dangers of being overweight and the importance of a healthy and active lifestyles. Our goal is to provide safe, effective physical activity programs to help get kids moving today!

Tenth Round Has been in service since 2007. We take pride in helping our clients acheive their goals. Tenth Round has worked with top athletes. you do not have to be a top athlete in order to train like one at Tenth Round. We have been featured on the Travel Channel on the Samantha Brown Show as one of the top gyms of the Area.Boxing ProgramOur Boxing and Striking program is like no other. We are one of the first to create a Structured boxing class in the tristate area. We are teaching boxing to children similar to a Martial art type class structure.
